Three documents: three separate papers, one signature each, 10 miles away — $60 travel + $30 notary = $90. Each document is its own notarial act under 406.024.
Notarial fees are set by Texas Government Code 406.024. Travel is a separate, non-notarial fee. Anything past 15 miles is quoted and agreed before I drive — you will never be surprised by a fee at the table.Availability: most days and evenings, including weekends, by appointment.
