$35 mobile visit (within 15 miles) + $10 per notarized signature
Travel fee and notarial fees are separate, as Texas law requires. Hospital and after-hours visits may carry a higher travel fee — always quoted before I drive.Availability: most days and evenings, including weekends, by appointment. Same-day when I'm free — send a request and I'll confirm a time.
